Has anybody setup a site to site IPSec VPN between 2 Draytek Vigor routers? No matter what I do, I cannot get them connected. Site one is on a fibre line with a static IP address and site two is on the standard Starlink residential package. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the Starlink connection and CGNAT and not having a true public facing IP address. If anybody can help or provide a solution, it would really be appreciated. This previously worked fine between the two sites using two fibre lines, but one was woefully slow so we moved to Starlink.
