My Gen 1 started to have issues impacting performance. After relocation of internal wiring, close to house fuse box, continued. Was going to start replacing parts, suspected the junction box or wiring. Starlink offered a free upgrade due to parts not being available anymore. Really appreciated their professional help working through the issues. All done online, just have to wait during exchanges. Professionally installed last week, same location, and speeds went from 100-150 to 300-350M. Fastest I have ever seen. I feel Starlink may cost more, but with professionals on their staff and the product itself I feel more comfortable. Used to bad service from other providers..... Thanks
