Ok, so i read this looking for the same answer. It seems there is finger pointing at IT ability so i signed up. I have the same issues, on starlink wifi i have 50/4. on wifi after firewall i have 50/.02. it appears to be throttled on purpose. I am a network engineer am i am NSE4 certified. The firewall is correct. They might have different routes that need to be set if you use a firewall but i havent heard back.
