In Starlink App
I'm running the Android Starlink app V2023.11.0. When I open the app, it indicates I'm "online", and I do have access to all the menu information categories. But when I open "Settings", most of the screen is grayed out, and the message "You must be logged in with the account associated with this router to update settings." Does anyone know where to login? Login to the router? When I login to 192.168.100.1, the "Settings" category says to use the Starlink app to change settings. Do I need to reboot the router every time I want to make a Settings change?

In Welcome Forum
I'm located in the rural southwest U.S. where ADSL has been the only Internet service available. Service is advertised as "up to 3mbps" but in reality on a good day download speeds have been about 250kbps -- lightning fast compared to the days of acoustical modems. So slow that some of my financial accounts would not work -- slow speed and latency blocked me as being a hacker from some third world nation. I put my name on the Starlink wait list about 6 weeks ago, hoping I might receive a system by year-end, and was stunned when I received a shipping notification 2 weeks later. I set the system up in my driveway not sure of what to expect, and was blown away by the speed test indication of 150+mbps! I've spent the last couple weeks getting the antenna more permanently mounted on my barn roof and adapting my 2 building networks to the Starlink system. I'm having to learn more about IP addressing than I really want to know, but I'll share what I learn on this forum and hopefully others will find some of it useful. One initial comment I'll make has to do with the Starlink router Bypass Mode. I enabled this inasmuch as I wanted to connect with the Ethernet adapter to my existing wireless router. But Bypass Mode bypassed the entire internet -- my router never found any internet connection. So I went through the factory reset procedure, which also required re-installing the Starnet App. Everything is back to a functional state. I have the Starlink router active, and the routers in both buildings set in Access Point Mode. Still massaging the network a bit, and will provide updates from time to time. Happy to have found a forum of other users with whom to exchange information.
