Thanks Fitzy, the only router involved is the Starlink modem, though it does connect to a network switch and maybe that causes some of the same issues you were referring to with routers. Or maybe I just don't know the lingo well enough to know those are somewhat interchangeable. Power cycle didn't solve the issue. Since I posted, Starlink has gotten back to me and said they did see an indication of an issue with the modem or cables, so they've shipped me replacements of my cable, ethernet adapter, and modem.
