I am currently out of country and am using cameras to watch my home and shop via wifi. The power flickered a number of times in our community and my Starlink seemed to have factory reset. It has been reset, but it no longer connects to my cameras. My neighbor (who also has the Starlink app using my credentials) is connected to our Starlink wifi on her phone, and can click on Networks to see that her phone is on the Network, but the cameras sometimes show up, then disappear on the Networks screen.
(I cannot see anything in Networks as it is greyed out on my app.) I've read that it may be a frequency issue with the , and that the frequency can be split 2.4 and 5 ghz, but that option does not show up in Settings on my app... any suggestions why, or what can I do to fix this issue?
