I had a similar problem. Check your cable to the dish mine had a slight cut and once replaced everything was normal.

I agree they need a customer service line, the only contact is their app.

I have the same situation, live in North Louisiana. I have learned to live with the 3 min interruption. The only other way around the problem is move the dish or cut the tree.
