That definitely could be what’s happening on the dish side. I can only feel a good click on the router side. The suction on the slide in portion of the dish side creates a vacuum to the point that I cannot feel the click and unfortunately you cannot tail if there is appropriate seating on that side. There definitely is a little bit of give from the arm on the dish and I can certainly see were gravitational pull can cause it to unseat. There is undoubtedly some engineering issues with this equipment.

I do not have an Ethernet adapter. Do not know how to check the ‘arm’? I can feel the click when I insert the cord. Was working fine then all of the sudden we got nothing.
