Fedex brought me my replacement router. I plugged it in, and boom, the ethernet worked flawlessly. Problem solved.............Eero up and running very well. Apparently the router was the dud.

Well folks. I received my second internet adapter...................there is still no power coming out of the ethernet end...........I'm thinking that I have a bum router..........just sent this. Hopefully we can rectify it. You've sent me my second ethernet adapter. There is no power going to the ethernet end of the adapter. After installing the dongle, the wireless works fine. I've tried three different adapters and still have no power to it. I've tried different orders of installation, I've tried stowing and unstowing. You name it, I've tried it. I believe that there is something wrong with the router, as it is not powering up the ethernet end..................I've hardwired into three different laptops, my television, and an android tv box...........still no power..................please help!! (Forgot to tell them that it won't power up through my mesh Eeros either.)

Thanks, I originally sent in a ticket before I tried the second adapter...........It went unanswered. After I sent the second ticket explaining that I had tried a second adapter, support told me that they are deleting my second ticket, and are sending me another adapter...........lol............I guess I'll wait and try the third, then reassess.
