Unfortunately, I have no answer for you even though I am interested in finding out if that is possible. So I will be monitoring this thread with great interest. On a side note (maybe unknowingly be the answer?) I notice that the app will not close unless I manually close it (android 8). If the app is not properly closed by your husband, maybe Starlink will not allow two logins to the same account at the same time. Get your husband to log out of his account and manually close the app, then you start up the app and login with his login credentials. Worth a shot.
