Big consequences.... Apparently, a fragility appeared on the RJ45 plug. First step; The router could not see the antenna anymore. No white led lit above the RJ45 plug. Obviously the plug was damaged, when we looked at it. Second step: changing the connector of the RJ45 plug: white led lit, but app said that the antenna was not connected Third step: changing the RJ45 plug again, the antenna folds and unfolds. It visibly connects with satellites, but no internet network. The app indicates that the antenna is connected, but I have no internet network. Before trying to change the RJ45 plug again, several questions if someone have made the same mistake : - is it necessary to connect the metal core of the cable to something in the RJ45 socket when repairing? is there any kind of security if it is not correctly connected? - Is it possible to change the whole cable?
