Good morning Jason, well as it turned out to put in back yard I would gave needed about 350 - 400 ft of cable nottttt. Went out in the front yard and found a spot where I can get 98-99% signal and the only obstruction is fight on the outside fringe. So have ordered a 150ft cable and the adaptor. This will put all but about 15ft underground in an existing conduit. I would like to thank you for all the help with this folks like you make it a lot easier for 1st timers, thank you very much.

I think cutting the trees down is cheaper in two ways, 1) I can get about 3 or 4 cords of wood out of 1 tree. 2) that gives me 6-8 cords that will just about give me enough wood to heat the house all next winter.

I think i'm going to have to get out the chain saw. lol

how big of an area do i need to make this work? ya that would rather along drive lol

I got the dish this am, now the fun starts as I have 70 to 90ft trees all over the place close to the house but am looking at all the options as I'm not impressed with the Telus hub at all, can't watch a full movie and that's not good. i do appreceate the any advice anyone can offer. I do have a fair amount of electronic abilitey but not in this area. thanks again Ji

Is cat6a cable not poe compatable with the starlink system? I have about 200ft to go to get out of the trees and will give cat6 a try, what do you think?
