So frustrating, right? I bought a new kit. Problem solved. Still waiting to hear back from support 30 plus days later

No. It's been 30 plus days, I quit counting. But I did order a new Starlink kit and am back online. First I tried the cable and the router, it's the dish. I can't wait around for their nonsense and it's the only option I have. Pained me more than you can imagine.
