Are the two buildings that you're trying to reach getting electrical service from your house? If so, I'd try powerline adapters. One adapter would be plugged into the ethernet port on the Starlink adapter cable, Two other adapters would be located in each of the remote buildings. This would essentially give you "cabled" ethernet to each building. From there, the sky's the limit!
For my house, I plugged the network port on the Starlink cable into a powerline adapter. This allowed me to run the network to anywhere in my house that has an electrical outlet. I currently have six powerline adapters distributing Internet to three access points three printers, a VOIP phone, and a Roku. After one week, it seems to work well.
