Thanks Matt, they have been super responsive on this too. Last request was to see photos of my install and they came back this morning with: "Hey Chris, Thank you for the pictures. The install looks good. Every time there is a known network issue we send out updates to your dish which can interrupt the service. Since we are new we have been having more than expected network issues. The known service issue impact in your area which has since been resolved. It looks like your dish has been trying to complete the updates. Please keep your dish on for 24-48hrs for all the updates to push through. Hope this gives clarity to what the issue maybe, if the issue still continues after 48hrs please re-open this ticket by messaging us. We hope you have a wonderful day."
