After that I got online, offline and disconnected over and over. System said downloading update. Ok so fine but then it said checking for obstructions…for 6 hours! Then 4 hours. Went to bed hoping it would work the next day. Nope. im parked with clear sky’s with no trees or buildings anywhere. I’ve try resetting everything and have checked all cables and connections. The router is working fine putting out a strong wi-fi signal but no internet. I sent in a support ticket but I hear it may take a long time to get a reply. since this website won’t accept my phone screen shots I’ll just ask some questions.. One page says I have signal strength of -49 dBm and a Rx rate of 780 Mbps Then on another page it says router ping drop rate 100% Cable ping drop rate 100% Anyone know what’s going on here?
