Starlink Support FINALLY got back to me on my problem request - after an entire week and after closing my ticket without even posting a reply to me. So I had to reopen it and ask why I hadn't received an answer. They got back to me in a couple of hours. Really NOT happy with the lack of support they provide. Anyway Rick, all I had to do was delete the app and reinstall it. It works just fine now. Don't know why I didn't think of that before. duh...🤤 Hope it works for you too.

To follow up on this ticket, it took an entire week to get a response from Starlink. Not impressed with their 'customer service' in the least.

I was considering putting my router outside too, but just discovered that it doesn't work so good in the cold, and it can get very cold here in Alberta. Starlink needs to stock even longer cables.

Guess I didn't ask a question with my post, so does anyone know what, if anything I can do to fix this problem?
