I’m trying to set up a point2point (bridge) to supply wifi to a building on my property abt 300ft from the house. we had it going with a good signal the first night, but I noticed in the house (with the dish & router), I couldn’t text then the Starlink connection would go in and out every couple minute. I rebooted the router but that still didn’t help. Starlink works perfectly when I unplug the bridge, but will not stay on when the bridge is on. What could be the problem? I’m not techy at all so Im watching all videos etc but not having much luck figuring it out. I have a Gen2 the bridge is an UeeVii 450 unit. The settings all appear to be connected and set properly.

Oh good! Fingers crossed 🤞
Hi Faye,
We have seen a similar issue quite a few times now. For some reason (especially with Gen 2) the Starlink system seems to fight other Routers and equipment and tends to cause connection loss as they try to communicate. My guess is that a firmware update may be needed to fix this issue. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Starlink to work out these kinks and I imagine it will only be a matter of time before they find a fix. In the mean time doing frequent power cycles may be the best bet until a more permanent fix comes along.
