Hi Cat Sailor,You should be able to do a factory reset by consecutively unplugging, plugging back in 2-3 times on your Starlink Wi-Fi router. If it works it should take you back to the page where you create a new network name and password. And the network name on your device under your Wi-Fi list should be labeled as “Starlink” again.
