Hi everyone - first post
I have a prob: I am unable to remove the cable that's attached to the disk - for some reason it's stuck in the sleeve. I also think it's a bad connection at this point (not quite flush) hence no internet.
I've tried pushing it in further and then trying to get it out - nothing works (eg like pressing your thumb on it and trying to slide it out). I've even tried bull nose pliers and eventually wrapped the cable around my arm and tried yanking it!
I've submitted a ticket with Starlink support via the app, but nothing from them in 48 hours (is that normal)
So if anyone can help with this, very much appreciated - I don't mind damaging the cable, if only to remove it, and then buying a new one
Here's a pic:

My 2nd dish has now showed up and it's all working fine. Like someone mentioned, it looks like that cable is glued in (no idea why - the previous model had a fixed attachment and then they changed it to a plug in... but glued it in to make it fixed. GF). What's annoying is that the instruction video tells you to make sure the connection is flush with the sleeve, and (refer to photo) that's not what I would call flush, hence me trying to pull it out and reinsert it. Anyway, best advice: don't touch it!
