I’ve been getting speeds of up to 250 since installation a few weeks ago. My ethernet goes into a gigabit router, with no problems. Today the speeds are consistent but slower and the router dashboard now shows that the wan socket is operating at 100mbps. How do I get the Starlink speed back up?

Hello Garerth, welcome to the community! I have heard about this before, it was a faulty Starlink router that kept kicking down to 10mbps connection. What system do you have, Gen 1 or 2? Because your using your own router I’m Curious how your network is configured. My only suggest for now is to reboot your Dishy modem and then submit a ticket to Starlink. Let me know more about your system and I’ll do my best to help. Cheers!
