installed Starlink in June. Had great service but connection just started falling off. Would factory reset and be up and running for a day or two until about 3 weeks ago nothing. Unable to get connection back. Starlink support said Dish not getting info from router. Sent a new cord. Not the issue. I used my cord on my in laws and worked fine. Still waiting on new router but my starlink router connects to devices just fine. I get connected secured no internet. My cable connections are well seated. I am at a loss. Been 2 weeks, going on 3. Wife can’t work and kids can’t perform virtual school. Looking for any ideas of things to try.

If you can feel the click that should be sufficient. Sometimes the receiving port can push further inside the arm and not seat properly. Because it’s just a slide in connection downward pressure or even sometimes gravity and wind, etc can pull it out just enough to still maintain power to the dish but may lose internet connection from router.
Hi DB Cooper, Sounds like you have tried most fixes already. Do you happen to have an Ethernet adapter? If so I would run a test router off of that port or hard wire straight to a desktop or laptop computer. The other thing is the receiving port on the Gen 2 dishys can have issues, where it’s not the cable itself but the connection point inside of the arm. Have you checked that already?
