We live in rurl England and only decent internet we had over past 2 years is 4G with max speeds around 40 Mbps. Starlink comes into the house at +200Mbps but I cannot use Starlink connection with either Zoom or Teams as it continually cuts out. I have to use my old 4G internet for work calls as it seems the latency on Starlink cannot cope. This means I'm paying more than ever for internet. Anybody else have this issue? I think its also affecting wifi calling and Whatsapp.

Thank you for your message, Kelly. I am new to Starlink and have experienced many drops while I'm trying to use Zoom with my membership groups (I have three). I hope I can clear any obstacles for a constant connection. I appreciate your input.
Hey Lee, so we use Zoom quite easily on our Starlink. The only thing that comes to my mind here is possible interference. If you have anything encroaching into your obstruction viewer this will cause intermittent issues, even if it’s only 10-20% blockage. The whole service area needs to be open to give the most stable signal possible with the moving Satellites. What we found is every time the satellites pass through the blocked area the signals drop…and that happens a few times every few minutes, those Satellites are moving fast up there and you might go through 3-4 connections within a 5 minute window. This is just a thought, and one of the first checks I would do. There obviously could be many things causing this…but this would be my starting point.
