I have a few issues. 1. My cable plug that goes into the dish continues to get stuck and becomes nearly impossible to remove. Does anyone have advice on how to removed this without using a screw driver to force it out? 2. There is some slack or play in the female connector inside the grey tube. It moves about 1/4". I continue to get OFFLINE-Starlink disconnected, ensure starlink is plugged in. I believe this connection is causing my problem. Has anyone else experienced this?
