Last month Starlink changed their policy regarding Priority service. They increased the price fro $250 to $275 but even worse the applied a very onerous throttle on connectivity down to 1MG/0.5MG. Beofore this hen we exceeded our 1TB level the servcie went off "priority" but esentially functioned the same as it was before that. But at 1MB it doesn't work at all sinc ethe bandwidth s so skinny. Starlinks messaging trouble shooting suggested I convert to residential with unlimited data. My question is how to do that and when they say I need to reactivate the servcie as residential, how do I do that it is impossible to reach a human being for answers
