After 1 month with everyday installing the dishy outside, the guy has come for installing it on the roof... It has worked for 1 hour. just after this houer, I have decided to try to make the installation clean by taking the cable inside the wall... trying to pull on the rj45 plug with a tool... little harm to the plug. Big consequences.... Apparently, a fragility appeared on the RJ45 plug. First step; The router could not see the antenna anymore. No white led lit above the RJ45 plug. Obviously the plug was damaged, when we looked at it. Second step: changing the connector of the RJ45 plug: white led lit, but app said that the antenna was not connected Third step: changing the RJ45 plug again, the antenna folds and unfolds. It visibly connects with satellites, but no internet network. The app indicates that the antenna is connected, but I have no internet network. Before trying to change the RJ45 plug again, several questions if someone have made the same mistake : - is it necessary to connect the metal core of the cable to something in the RJ45 socket when repairing? is there any kind of security if it is not correctly connected? - Is it possible to change the whole cable? Thanks for your feedback, in advance. Francois (i have the circular dishy)

I have fixed it !
" one wire pushed to far out " .... you got it. Thank you for your help.
Hello Fancois, welcome to the community. I would be double checking your connection, when we replaced ours it worked right away. These connections are super finnicky, one wire pushed to far out or getting the pattern wrong happens vary easily. I'm unsure of your connection experience, take a picture and post it here that would help.
In the mean time I have put together this for you, hope this helps!
