Utilizing The Starlink App

I can run the initial speed test just fine, but when I try to run the advanced speed test, all I get is a 'Router couldn't complete request' message.

I am new to STARLINK. There is no RANGE feature on my screen. A friend recently showed me his app and the feature was there. Did STARLINK remove it from the most recent app? Here’s a screen of my app page where according to several videos the RANGE feature should be above STATISTICS.

Purchased Starlink from Best Buy, everything set up fine till I go to open an account. I enter my KIT # and hit open new account. The next screen that shows up has enter your address. Can anyone provide details on the color coding (range?) associated with each device in the Network tab? Most of them are "green", however, two of them are yellow. I'm looking for the explanation of the "speed" that the colors change.

Using the Starlink Apps Range function, why is the color orange in front of the Router but turns to green in front of the Mesh Node 45 ft away in line of sight. Seems like the Router is not working at full strength. Is this possible ?
