So I just received my equipment and set it up, which was so easy. Went to register the equipment and the error message was, "Device Already Assigned". I submitted a ticket two different ways, and here I am 6 days later and no response. No one to talk to, kind of makes me feel like I should return the equipment before my 30 days are up. Anyone else have this problem and is there a way to get help or fix it myself? Thanks in advance.
