Hi all! Until recently, I could connect to my Eero wifi network (connected to the SL Router through the Ethernet Adapter) and the app would report the correct SL wifi name and show "1 connected device" - my eero router. I could run speed tests including the advanced test from there. I could also go into Settings for the SL router from there.
Support now says they removed these features, and I cannot see any connected device or the SL router unless I connect directly to the SL wifi.
It floors me that they would remove these features...
Thoughts? Am I missing something?
Hi Jim,
It seems to be dependant on the non-Starlink router connected through the Ethernet adapter. And it can change with updates from Starlink (removing features like you mentioned). I have heard that you can set your secondary router to a “static route” to bring back the app features through your Eero. You may have to look up the specifics of setting a static IP for your Eero to test this. But it may be worth a shot to see if that makes a difference.
