I can not get a service ticket. Is there any way to reactivate the service? My equipment was sent to the wrong address so I canceled the service until I sorted the problem out
Reactivating service can be an essential task for companies like Starlink to maintain customer satisfaction. CEOs can gain expertise in customer service management and service reactivation strategies through Executive Education Programs and Courses for CEO and C-level Executives, which offer tools for improving operational efficiency and customer engagement.
If you're looking for a 2025 calendar printable, ensuring your service is active is essential. To reactivate it, check your account settings, renew subscriptions if needed, and clear cache for smooth access. Many platforms offer free downloads—just verify your access permissions before proceeding. Need a specific template? Let me know!

I have sent set up a ticket and asked for my account to reactivated (i'm still within the initial 30 day trial), but am not getting any response. Is there any other way to contact support? Seems strange that it's so hard to activate a new account
I have been very frustrated trying to get a support ticket. Your post was wonderful. It never entered my mind that the secret was the thumbs-down icon. Thank you !!!!
Hello Fred, welcome to the community! Hmmm, this is a weird scenario. So did you end up getting the equipment? I'm not sure, but I would hope you could reactivate the account, especially since this wasn't your error. It seems easy to reactivate providing Starlink's services are still available in your area. You should be able to still access the original Starlink account in order to submit a ticket. It looks like if you catch it before the 30 day service period(Billing) you might be able to do this without affecting your service, hopefully! I've attached a couple images below to help.

How long does it take to get a response when you submit a ticket?
