We purchased a Starlink business dish for our northern community in Canada. Apparently we used my personal account to purchase the business dish. It seems that we are not allowed to have two dishes on the same account (I have a residential one at my home, about 200 yards from the office). We need to transfer the business dish to a business account.
We are not quite computer savvy up here and we would appreciate some help. Starlink website has a lot of info but nothing to solve our problem. There is no way to talk with their staff on the phone. We tried some emails but the results were poor.
I would appreciate some guidelines, thank you so much.
