My step son set up the starlink. He put it in his name but I pay the bill each month. Any idea how to change the account name to me? I have looked everywhere to contact starlink and I get nothing. I have even tried to message them over the app , still nothing.

I changed the account a few years back. I contacted starlink and created a ticket. His account had to be canceled and then I came on as a new account. No lapse in service. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks , I got it taken care of. I created a ticket and they had to cancel the service under his name and reactivate it under my name. Never even missed a beat.
