Adding a second dish to my existing account

Hi all, I have two dishes, both physically installed, the first one set up and is working fine. I have a second dish, installed but on my App or on the web page, I cannot add it without Starlink wanting me to purchase it. I thought I could have up to 8 dishes on one account (read that somewhere). Thanks
