Recently got my Starlink system up and running but ran into a couple of problems along the way. I submitted a support ticket for the first problem and waited. And waited. And waited. Four days later I finally got a reply, which wasn't all that helpful because they just told me to do what I knew needed to be done, but without the instruction on exactly HOW to do it! My ticket was automatically closed as they thought my issue was resolved...without even asking me if I was satisfied with their 'solution', which I obviously wasn't. I finally figured the problem out for myself.
I'm still waiting for an answer to my second issue, three days after submitting it.
Great system but Starlink's so-called 'support' seems to be anything but.
Is this typical for anyone else needing Starlink Support?
To follow up on this ticket, it took an entire week to get a response from Starlink. Not impressed with their 'customer service' in the least.
