I have paid for the equipment and I received an email with track number!the track said is on electronically form and from dhl they told me that starlink hasn’t delivered them the parcel from 16 may!I have open a ticket they responded a couple of times and after that nothing!!the track is still frozen and customer support not answering on my questions!!!
any help will be appreciate
same problem - Starlink says it is shipped, FedEx says only label is created. Starlink ignores trouble ticket.
